The Board of Directors of Soon Lian Holdings Limited (“the Company”) wishes to announce the resignation of Ms Catherine Lim Siok Ching as Secretary of the Company with effect from 31 August 2009.

Ms Ng Kim Ying shall remain as the Secretary of the Company.
